My Four Tools to make my Sustainable Day more Productive

I am getting a lot requests about the online applications and tools I use. That is why todays post is about the four tools I use to make my life easier when it comes to online productivity. One of the next posts will be about the Google applications and tools I am using. So stay tuned for that as well.

These are my four most useful tools:

Managing tasks is generally not a fun way to spend your time. Remember The Milk is a free service where you no longer have to write your to-do lists on sticky notes, whiteboards, random scraps of paper, or the back of your hand. Remember The Milk makes managing tasks a breeze. And you can integrate it into many other applications such as your Google calendar. Indispensable.

I have only started to use this recently but find it a very useful free service. This is what the team at Evernote have to say about their service:
“Our goal at Evernote is to give everyone the ability to easily capture any moment, idea, inspiration, or experience whenever they want using whichever device or platform they find most convenient, and then to make all of that information easy to find. And we’ve done just that. From creating text and ink notes, to snapshots of whiteboards and wine labels, to clips of webpages, Evernote users can capture anything from their real and digital lives and find it all anytime.”

Use Jing to capture anything you see on your computer screen and share it instantly…as an image or short movie. It is a great tool for your daily screenshots, etc. Really useful tool and I could not do my work properly without it now really.

Dropbox is a great tool for your backup. I have been using for over a year now and this free tool just convinces you right away.
This is the official description: “Let’s say you’re editing a document at home. As soon as you click ‘Save’, Dropbox will sync this same file to all your other computers (and now your iPhone!) instantly and automatically. It’s as if you saved the document to all of your computers. This gives you the freedom to work on any of your computers and always have the files you need.”

Please feel free to leave any feedback here as well on these tools or other interesting tools and applications you are using.
