Some of you might have heard that the so called Shorty Awards are now open again. This is the URL: http://shortyawards.com/
What are the Shorty Awards (from the website):
“The Shorty Awards honor the best people and organizations on Twitter. These unique awards are for the Twitter community, by the Twitter community. Online voting is public and democratic, culminating in an awards ceremony that recognizes the winners in 27 official categories as well as those in brand new crowd-sourced ones.”
Why is this important? Well, CSR is also a category there and it is so popular that is now is in the top 10 of nearly 1.000 community-created categories. This is really encouraging in my opinion and shows that people on Twitter care about what CSR is and our movement as a whole.
Todays blog post is to ask you, if you have Twitter account, to please help us keep CSR in the Top 10 by voting for the CSR related person on Twitter that you feel needs to be recognized for for their/his/her effort to promote CSR.
I already nominated around 10 people I find inspiring and extremely useful to follow. Voting is really easy and straight forward.
This is the CSR category link or so called CSR Leaderboard:

So make sure you do not miss this opportunity to have your say and promote CSR.
